2. Seller : Pharmacy, Nonghyup, Post office(2 masks per person for a week)

3. How to buy proxy

- Target : The disabled, recipient of long-term care benefits, children born since 2010

- Purchasing method : A roommate of the resident registration buys a mask on the date of targets(children, etc.)

- Requirements : ID card pf representative, a copy of the resident registration(all the resident registration number should be shown), disability registration card, long-term care certificate
