Family members entering Korea for ‘supporting child care’ of marriage immigrants living here must get F-1-5(Visiting for cohabitation) visa at diplomatic offices having jurisdiction over overseas residence from Jan 3, 2022.

 

(Existing) Can stay in Korea until the end of March of the year that a child turns 7 within 4 years and 10 months since the arrival date.

(Change) Can stay in Korea until the end of March of the year that a child turns 10 within 3 years since the arrival date. 

For single-parent and multi-child(at least 3 minors) marriage immigrant families, their family members can stay in Korea until the end of March of the year that a child turns 13.
