Campylobacter is a bacterium distributed in various livestock intestines, including chickens that are often eaten in summer.

If you eat meat contaminated with this bacterium without cooking it properly, you can get infected and get food poisoning.

It is accompanied by symptoms such as fever, vomiting, abdominal pain, and diarrhea after an average incubation period of 2 to 7 days.

Precautionary measure
1. Cook meat thoroughly
2. Wash hands with soap after touching raw meat
3. Drinking sterilized milk
4. Store raw meat separately in an airtight container to prevent it from dripping
5. Be careful not to cross-contaminate equipment used for washing and cooking raw meat
