Target for proxy purchase : 

1. People born before 1941 

2. People born since 2002 

3. Disabled 

4. Pregnant women 

5. Disabled patriots and veterans 

6. Care hospital patients 

7. Inpatients of a hospital(including care hospitals) 

8. Recipients of long-term care benefits

* Foreigners can purchase masks on behalf of their family if they present a certificate of alien registration.

Requirements : ID card or family relation certificate

- The masks can be purchased on public holidays.
